I’ve always had a hard time convincing myself to do strength training workouts.

I find personal blogs very interesting because I can never figure out if a person is writing their thoughts because they think someone out there is actually reading them, or if they are writing them as some sort of emotional release.

My friend once went into an employment agency in need of immediate work. He handed over his resume and list of skills and after a three minute glance at it, the woman informed him that all she had available was a job being a personal marketing tool.

Part of being healthy is eating well, and that’s why having a vegetable garden is so great for so many reasons.

The year before I graduated from college, I began interviewing for jobs. With a solid degree soon to be behind me, and enough excitement and anticipation to last a lifetime, I continued on in the job search.
